Welcome 👋

Scan a dispenser to see its open activities, or to create one for it. Or pick a tile below:

  • New builds — create new dispensers, one at a time or up to six at once.
  • Batch QA — QA a scanned pallet, or a serial-less batch of 2800s.
  • Sub assemblies — create sub assemblies and check completed ones.

Verify unit

New build

Build one dispenser and create its asset and receipt in a single pass.

Instructions
  1. Fill in the build details — the build date starts on today.
  2. Enter both battery readings.
  3. Tap Scan QR & finish build and fill the frame with the dispenser's on-screen QR — the serial and MCU ID come from the code.
  4. No QR available? Use Manually define asset and type the identity instead.

Nothing is created in Dynamics until the scan or manual finish succeeds.

Bulk Pallet QA

QA a whole pallet by scanning serials back-to-back.

Instructions
  1. Set the bulk dispenser type, model, and rev — they apply to every serial on the pallet.
  2. Tap Scan serial — the camera stays open, and each locked read appends to the list with a green flash. Tap Done when the pallet is finished.
  3. Review the list — remove any mis-reads, or add a serial by hand.
  4. Save & queue creates the receipt; assets link to each QA and Item Tracker in the background while you keep working.

Manual Batch QA

Serial-less QA for a batch of 2800 dispensers.

Instructions
  1. Fill in all five batch fields — pallet ID, action required, date received, batch number, and batch size. Every one is required to save.
  2. Action required drives which checklist items appear below.
  3. Work through the checklist, then Complete to record the QA.

Sub Assembly

Create a sub-assembly, or open one that's waiting on a check.

Instructions
  1. + New sub assembly starts one — fill in the build info and your count; the batch number builds itself from your entries.
  2. The assembler taps Save, which leaves the record open for checking.
  3. A checker opens it from the list, enters their count, and taps Complete — a 2nd checker can follow the same way.

Sub Assembly

Bulk Serial Creation

Create up to six dispensers at once from one pallet.

Instructions
  1. Set the bulk dispenser identity — it applies to every serial below.
  2. Scan Serial 1 — a locked read fills the slot and the camera moves to the next one automatically. + Add serial reveals more rows (up to six).
  3. Enter both battery readings for each unit.
  4. Create assets & receipt writes everything in one save.
